Cable Pulling & Cable Laying

Cable drum jack

The Cable drum jack is used to hold and lift cable drums of the ground so the cable drum can turn freely and the cable will be released.

The current cable jack can lift up to 20 ton drum.

Cable rollers

Cable rollers are designed to easiness the process of installing cables on site, suitable for long cables in trenches, when the cable is pulled it will run along the roller and not on the ground.

Corner rollers are also available that are used in an area where the cable will turn.

Crimping Tools & Cutting Tool

Crimping tools used to place the lugs with the copper wire.

Cable Locator and fault finder.

We use a cable detection tool to find the path of a cable, this is used in areas where there is a lot of cables passing the same area and a specific cable needs to be detected.

the device we have is also capable of finding any damage cables under the ground, this is done to use a cable joint to fix the problem and not change the cable.

Insulation resistance testing.

Insulation resistance testing is a key test for electrical cables as it is a measure of how effectively the cable is insulated. during bad condition of pulling the cable, if stored long time in a moisture area, next to chemical or excessive heat it might have be damaged, the best way to find out is to use insulation testing. this process is done right before the connection of the cables connections.

The process is very straight forward, a certain voltage is applied such as 100 volts, 500 volts or more between the conductor and ground and measuring the resulting leakage current.
